CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon booking you are agreeing with my policy. Please give a 24 hours notice in cancelling/rescheduling appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee (100% of service) Example: Your appointment is on Tuesday at 1pm you must cancel/reschedule before Monday 1pm to avoid getting charged the cancellation/rescheduling fee. If you do not attend and fail to give notice, you will be charged a no show fee (100% of service) LATE POLICY: Grace period is only 5 minutes & if I’m able to still squeeze you in their will be an additional charge added of $15 to your service. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of service. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Each service has a set NON-REFUNDABLE deposit!
